  • Cancellations made between 3-7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.
• Non-Refundable Bookings: Some reservations, such as special promotional rates or packages, may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These bookings are not eligible for refunds or cancellations, as indicated during the booking process.

b. Cancellation by Us

  • Offer alternative accommodations or rescheduling options, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

2. Booking Modifications

• Date or Room Changes: Requests to modify your reservation (e.g., changing check-in/check-out dates, room type, or guest details) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the updated rate or room type.
